Join this comprehensive training with an approved curriculum by EFT International and discover how Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) can help you break through limitations, rewire negative patterns, and restore balance—emotionally, mentally, and even physically.

The Foundation Course is an introductory class that equips you with the fundamentals of EFT and the techniques used. Applicable if you wish only to work on yourself, friends and family in a non-professional capacity. Suitable for using tapping to address everyday frustrations and to regulate your emotions.

To become a Certified EFT Practitioner so that you can work with clients, you will need to have attended both the Foundation Level and Practitioner Level training.

Each class will be a small group (maximum 8 participants), ensuring that you receive personal attention and opportunity for experiential learning.

Second Day - May 27 Tuesday (Zoom Online) 7:30pm-9:30pm (2 hours)


Third Day - May 30 Friday (Zoom Online) 7:30pm-9:30pm (2 hours)

Only for after completing the EFT Practitioner Course, you have the option of getting accreditation with EFT International. Additional fees apply for meeting mentoring hours, exam criteria and applying for membership with EFT International.
